Mrs. Ashley Feltz- Director
Hi Everyone! I’m Ashley, and I am a local Grove City mom, small business owner, and freedom fighter! I have a Bachelor’s Degree from The Ohio State University in Women and Gender Studies and an Associate’s Degree in Positive Psychology from Life University. I also hold a Certificate in Life Coaching and I love to learn! When I am not playing princess or painting nails with my three sweet girls, or chasing my two year old little guy around, I am making Elderberry Syrup for Spoonful of Elderberry and managing my husband Jason’s office at Tree of Life Chiropractic. I have a strong love for Jesus and a passion to help others!
Mrs. Kelli Martindale- Co-Director
I graduated in 2008 with a Master of Arts in Teaching, and in 2004 I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I have an overall 6 years of teaching experience from Preschool through 12th grade! I have been employed with the publishing company McGraw-Hill for 13 years correlating their textbooks to state standards! I have a husband, Kevin, and 3 children Jonathan (13), Kaitlin (11), and Kamryn (4), plus two stepsons Cole (19) and Ethan (13). My favorite subject: Social Studies! I love examining history to see how it relates to our current world and culture! My favorite thing to do: Travel! I love it so much, I also own a travel agency!

My first love is God, without Him I am nothing!!
My next love is my family. My incredible husband Don and I have 3 wonderful adult children and 7 amazing grandkids! Four of our amazing grandkids attend Freedom School, Kylan (13), McKenna (12), Corban (10) and Dali (7). We’re also very blessed with our amazing granddaughters Flora (9) and Mia (4 months). We also have our precious treasure in heaven, our granddaughter Eliana.
I’m very excited about this new school year and the opportunity to share God’s love and wisdom with our students!
Mrs. Cara Readout- Preschool Teacher
Born and raised in Grove City, Ohio, I moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 2007 during that time I spent nearly a decade volunteering/teaching in the children’s ministry at Passion City Church. My husband and I both attended college during our time in the south and moved back to Ohio in 2015. Graduating in 2016 with a Bachelors of Arts in counseling and Associates in psychology. I have two sons, Zion(7) and Asher(5), whom I have been homeschooling for the last three years.
I love nature and am an avid runner completing many 5k races and a half marathon. I enjoy traveling with my family and spending as much time outside as possible. Looking forward to getting to know your children and have the privilege of instilling a lifelong love of learning.

Hello! My name is Sarah Shambaugh. I will be teaching first grade this year! I live in Ashville with my two kiddos, 15 and 11, and our Great Dane. I also love doing photography on the side, and in my spare time I love to travel as much as I can. I am currently attending Grand Canyon University and majoring in elementary education with a minor in special education. I have a passion for reading and language arts, and advocating for those who can’t advocate for themselves! I’m looking forward to a fun and successful year with my first graders!

Hello. My name is Kristen Lowery and I am excited to start the school year! I have spent 22 years in education.
I am married and have 2 children. My son who has started high school this year and my daughter who’s started preschool.
I enjoy spending time with my family by relaxing at home and doing fun things around the community. I am in the process of getting my Real Estate license.
Mrs. Polly Baltzer-
Fourth/Fifth Grade Teacher

My name is Polly Baltzer. I am a wife and mother to 4 boys (Clayton-28, Philip-23, Matthew-22, and Micah-15) and one daughter (Anna-18). I also have two daughter-in-laws, an adorable grandson, and another grandbaby on the way! Besides Jesus and my family music is my greatest passion. I have a degree in Music Education from The Ohio State University. I have taught in Columbus City Schools, Southwestern City Schools, and I was the first music teacher at Grove City Christian School. I have also taught piano lessons for over 30 years! I am very much looking forward to teaching the second and third grade classes as well as teaching the students music education!
